Enhancing your Fertility Series Package
This series is specially designed to help support women who are trying to conceive or may be undergoing fertility treatments, which is often an extra stressful or emotional time in one’s life. The classes will be led by longtime yogini and yoga teacher Liz Belile, who gave birth to a healthy boy at age 43 in October 2007 after working with various approaches to her own fertility, and is eager to offer a safe, supportive environment for women hoping to conceive. Class Dates: Sundays, March 7, 14, 21, April 11, 25, May 2, 16, 23. In addition, you may choose one of the following workshop dates for partners; this special couples workshop is designed to complement the fertility series (see description below).
